Obama Relies on Media for Information: A hilarious and enlightening new video from the Washington Free Beacon shows that the Obama administration learned about a number of major scandals – the recent VA deaths, Fast and Furious, IRS intimidation, spying on journalists, and more – by reading the newspaper and watching TV. The Free Beacon video compiles all the administration’s claims that it learned about major scandals from press reports.

Backlash After Oregon Gay Marriage Ruling: Religious groups in Oregon and across the country are outraged at a gay judge’s decision Monday to overturn the will of voters and allow gay couples to marry in that state. Obama-appointed openly gay federal judge Michael McShane outlawed a 2004 voter-approved state constitution amendment that limited marriage to between a man and a woman. The Oregon Family Council called it “collusion” between elected officials and special interest groups; the Oregon Catholic Conference called it a “travesty of justice.”

Macklemore in Trouble Over Costume: Seattle hip-hop artist Macklemore is defending himself against accusations of antisemitism after a performance on Friday at the Experience Music Project where he was seemingly dressed as a Hassidic Jewish stereotype. Macklemore has since apologized for wearing a black wig, black beard, large grotesque fake nose, and a black suit.

New Obamacare Bungle: Millions of citizens using Obamacare may be getting subsidies that are too big or too large, according to a new Washington Post report. Republicans in the House foresaw this problem earlier in the year and tried to correct it, but Senate Democrats blocked those efforts.
